1.    Why use Food Ka Mood?
Food Ka Mood is   Mumbai’s premier online food court providing a complete package for your food needs. It allows you to view detailed menus and place orders online from single or multiple restaurants in Mumbai, request caterings, avail various offers from numerous restaurants. A free service for everyone, it has been designed in a special way to result in costs benefits for corporate clients. 
2.   Do I have to pay anything extra, if use Food Ka Mood?
       No. All our services are completely free for you. If we charge you a fee it will be clearly mentioned.
 
3.   What can I do if I have any complaints?
Drop us a note at contactus@foodkamood.com or call us at (022) 2421-0333 between 11.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m.
 
4.   Do I need to register?
You don’t have to but there are special benefits for registered users. You can place orders through us either as a Guest or as a registered Individual or Corporate user. By registering you can avail various benefits. Please see Why Sign Up?
5.   How is my personal information used?
We will NEVER share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent. Information you provide to us may be shared with restaurants for order execution.
 
6.   What can I do to help get my favorite restaurant on Food Ka Mood?
Submit details about your favorite restaurant in “Suggest a Restaurant”. We’ll do whatever we can to get them on our site.
 
7.   Why are some restaurants not listed?
We are still in the process of getting more restaurants on our list. As and when they have tied up with us, we keep adding them on to our list. If there are some restaurants you would particularly like to be included on our list, please see “Suggest a Restaurant”.
 
8.   Could there be a difference in my Food Ka Mood amount and the actual restaurant bill amount?
We try our best to keep our menus updated with the latest prices and food items. However, restaurants may change prices without any prior notice. In these situations the bill value shown online and the actual bill value may not match. Besides, the restaurant may also add any other charges to the bill, which again would lead to a difference between the actual and the online bill.
 
9.   Is there a guaranteed delivery time?
The restaurant provides Food Ka Mood an estimated delivery time for the order. However, it would also depend on the weather, traffic, the kind of item ordered etc. Food Ka Mood does not take any responsibility for the time of delivery. We request you to call the restaurant directly or mail us at support@foodkamood.com or contact us at 2421-0333 in case the order is delayed by more than 45 minutes so that we may follow up on the order. Please note that it’s the restaurants that do delivery. 
 
10. Who can write reviews?
      Anybody can write reviews on the website. Food Ka Mood does not take any responsibility of any review written on the website as it’s the personal opinion of the reviewer. However, Food Ka Mood reserves the right to remove the review in case of any objection.

Payment and Pricing
 
1.   How can I pay?
You can pay by cash on delivery or use our system to pay by debit/credit card or HDFC Net Banking.
 
2.   Is there a minimum to order?
Each restaurant determines its own delivery minimum based on where they are delivering. It can be seen by selecting your zone and subzone on the homepage.
 
 
3.   Is my credit card information secure?
Your credit card information is completely secured and is transmitted directly to the Bank through a secure payment gateway.
 
 
Placing an Order
 
1.   How do I place an order?
The following are the 5 simple steps to place an order:
STEP 1 - Select a zone, subzone
STEP 2 - Choose a delivery schedule
STEP 3 - Select a restaurant and add items to cart
STEP 4 - Pay online or Cash on Delivery
STEP 5 - Submit Order
 
2.   How can I be sure that my order was placed?
After you “Submit” your order, the order is received instantly by the restaurant electronically. We confirm your order with the restaurant. A confirmation SMS and email is also sent to your mobile number and email address.
 
3.   What do I do if I don‘t receive a SMS/email order confirmation?
If you do not receive it after a few minutes and have doubts, you can check with us at (022) 2421-0333 or contact the restaurant directly.
 
 
 
After Placing Your Order
 
1.   Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
Orders once placed cannot be canceled. For any clarifications, please call the restaurant directly or Food Ka Mood customer care at 2421-0333.
 
2.   Who should I call to check the status of my order?
Please contact the restaurant to find out the status of your order. The restaurant‘s phone number is provided with your email confirmation and on the Restaurant page of the website. Of course, Food Ka Mood customer service representatives are always standing by to help. Please contact us at 242-0333 .
3.   What do I do if my food arrived and there is something wrong with my order?
If you received delivery and there appears to be a problem with your order, please contact the restaurant directly for an immediate resolution.
 
 
Managing my Account
 
1.   Can I have two Food Ka Mood accounts with the same email address?
No. You are only allowed to have one Food Ka Mood account assigned to an email address. To have another account, you need to register another email address.
2.   I forgot my username/password, what do I do?
Just click on the "Forgot Password" link. You will need to enter your registered email address and submit.
If you do not remember the email address that you originally registered, please email support@foodkamood.com and your username and password will be emailed to the email with which it was set up.
3.   How to save my favorite meals?
To save a favorite, go to your Order History and click on "Add to Faves" icon next to any order. Your favorite will then be listed in your favorite orders page. To re-order a favorite, simply click on the name of the saved favorite and proceed placing the order.
4.   How do I use the order history?
To view all orders placed through Food Ka Mood.com, just click on "Order History". All of your Food Ka Mood orders will be housed here. You also have the option of viewing and printing the order details, saving any of them as favourite and reorder a past order.
 
5.   What if I have a corporate Food Ka Mood account through my firm?
If you are a Food Ka Mood corporate member, you will have to login though the corporate login section. However you have to pay from your pocket for personal orders by clicking on “Personal Account”.
6.   Can I have multiple delivery addresses associated with one account?
Yes. However you must choose and tag a delivery address for each order during the time of placing an order.
 
 
FOR RESTAURANTS
 
1.   What do I need to do to get started?
Just click on the link “Restaurants click here” and send us your restaurant details. Our sales team will get in touch with you. Alternatively, you could email us at contactus@foodkamood.com or give us a call at (022) 2421-0333.
 
2.   How will having a Web site help my restaurant?
      Just click on the link “Restaurants click here” and read more about numerous benefits of Food Ka Mood. Not only do you get a web presence but you also grow your business by getting new customers.
 
3.   How will I receive the orders?
       There are 3 different ways of restaurant receiving the order from FKM. The whole process of delivering the order is fully automated. If a restaurant has a computer terminal, the restaurant can check the order as soon as it is placed on the website from their restaurant login account. Secondly, the order could also be received via Fax which is generated directly from the system. A detailed SMS with order details is also sent to the restaurant mobile number provided to FKM. For your records, an order confirmation email is sent to your email address as well.
 
4.  Where did all these restaurant ratings come from?
Initially, all of the restaurant ratings come from various sources. However, overtime once we have accumulated sufficient restaurant reviews from users on Food Ka Mood website, ratings would represent these user ratings.
 
 
FOR CORPORATES
 
1.  What do I need to do to get started?
If your company is tied up with Food Ka Mood, then please contact you admin to provide you access to Food Ka Mood website.
If your company is not a Food Ka Mood client, please fill out a request form by clicking on Corporates click here
 
2.  Can I place personal orders using corporate account?
Yes. Just select “Personal Account” on the page once you have logged in. You have to pay from your pocket for such orders.
 
3.  What if my order amount exceeds my authorized limit?
You may have to personally pay for any amount over your authorized limit. You can pay Cash on Delivery or pay online using your debit or credit card.
 
4.  Can I place a group order using the company account?
Yes. You can add colleagues and use their authorized amount.
 
5.  Can I place an order before my authorized time?
Yes. If you want to charge to corporate account, you may need to place a future delivery order to be delivered within the authorized time interval. Otherwise, you could have it delivered before your authorised time but will have to pay personally.
 
6.  Can I get my food delivered to any other location?
Yes. Just add a new delivery address by clicking on “Saved Delivery Addresses” in your account page.
